Consumers hereby understand and consent to US Health Insurance Today’s disclosure of the Consumer’s personal information even if the recipient of the disclosed information is not bound by this or any other Privacy Policy or not restricted in any sense with respect to how to treat the personal information. Consumers understand that some recipients of the personal information are not controlled by US Health Insurance Today and such recipients may have little to no restrictions with respect to the treatment, handling, and use of the personal information. SUCH VENDORS MAY THEN CONTACT OR TELEMARKET TO US Health Insurance Today’S CONSUMER DIRECTLY TO PROVIDE SAID SERVICES, QUOTES, OR INFORMATION, AND MAY DO SO VIA MAIL, TELEPHONE, TEXT MESSAGE, FAX, EMAIL AND OTHER MEANS OF COMMUNICATION. THE CONSUMER MAY RECEIVE TELEMARKETING CALLS FROM SEVERAL VENDORS AS A RESULT NOTWITHSTANDING THAT THE CONSUMER IS REGISTERED ON STATE OR NATIONAL DO NOT CALL (‘DNC”) REGISTRY.Accordingly, the Consumer waives his or her right to any claims for violation of the TCPA or similar laws on the grounds that the Consumer is listed on the DNC registry. Furthermore, the Consumer hereby consents to allowing matched vendors to share the consumer’s information or conduct any permissible research that is desirable to assist the vendor in determining the Consumer’s eligibility for a given insurance product or any other information incident to the Consumer’s application for insurance.

Rights Under The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) And Applicable Law

US Health Insurance Today will use the Consumer’s information to request from other vendors certain quotes, services, or other information pertaining to insurance or other products or services. A Consumer who wishes to object to or otherwise opt out of the services or practices of such third parties much contact such third party directly.
